What is the CAMP Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP)?
The CAMP IAP provides an opportunity for companies to gain insight into CAMP research activities in solar cell technology, and directly interact with Stanford professors and students at various levels as described below.

CAMP IAP Membership Benefits
CAMP IAP offers several levels of involvement for industrial partners:
- IAP Membership offers the participating Companies access to the Annual Review Meetings held at Stanford and to R&D updates and other pertinent information through our CAMP website. Furthermore, special efforts will be made by CAMP to introduce our Stanford senior students, who are trained in solar cell technology, to IAP members for recruiting purposes. The yearly membership fee is $50,000 ($30,000 for companies with fewer than 1,000 employees). The IAP member can choose to direct half of this fee to Stanford PI’s of its choice. Together with the External Scientific Advisor Board (see second page), IAP Members may advise CAMP Management.
- CAMP Fellows: IAP Member Companies may support a graduate student in the group(s) of one or more CAMP Stanford PIs. A Mentor from your Company will be updated on the graduate students’ progress on a regular basis, providing an excellent way to work closely with our groups and PIs. The yearly fee to support a CAMP fellow is $60,000.
- Visiting Researchers: CAMP IAP Member Companies can place a Company employee as a visiting researcher in the labs of one (or more) CAMP Stanford PIs in accordance with Stanford University’s policies regarding Visiting Researchers (http://rph.stanford.edu/10-5.html and
